These terms govern your use of the Jack Robinson Catering website and any enquiry you make through it. By using this site you agree to these terms. Catering bookings are subject to a separate booking agreement confirmed with you directly.

Using this website

This website and its content are provided for general information about our catering services. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but menus, sample pricing and availability may change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. We will respond with information or a quote based on the details you provide. All quotes are bespoke and priced per event, and remain subject to confirmation, availability and a final agreed menu.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Confirmed bookings are subject to our booking terms, which we will share when you book — including any deposit, final guest numbers, payment schedule and cancellation terms.

Dietary requirements and allergies

We cater for a wide range of dietary needs and take allergies seriously. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances in advance. While we take great care, our kitchen and serving environments handle a range of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Jack Robinson Catering or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our liability for use of this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Catering services are covered by the separate booking agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
