Jack Robinson Catering is based in Harrogate and caters across North and West Yorkshire — including Knaresborough, Ripon, Wetherby, Otley, Skipton, Leeds and York. If your venue is a little further afield, just ask and we will let you know.
Do you cater in Knaresborough and Ripon?
Yes. Knaresborough and Ripon are right on our doorstep, so we regularly cater weddings, private dinners and events in both. Travel is included for local bookings around Harrogate.
Do you cater weddings in Wetherby, Otley and Skipton?
Absolutely — we cover wedding and event catering across Wetherby, Otley, Skipton and the wider Yorkshire Dales. Tell us your venue and date and we will tailor a menu and quote.
How much does catering cost?
Every menu is bespoke and priced per event, based on your guest numbers, the style of service and your location. There is no fixed price list — tell us about your event and we will send a clear, no-obligation quote.
How much does wedding catering cost?
Wedding catering is quoted individually around your guest count, menu style (sit-down, sharing feast or street food) and venue. Get in touch with your date and rough numbers for a tailored estimate.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, and as early as possible for weddings and peak season (June–September), which fills up quickly.
How many guests can you cater for?
We cater events of all sizes, from intimate private dinners for two to weddings and corporate events for several hundred guests.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — every menu is bespoke and we cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergy, halal and kosher needs. Just let us know when you enquire.
Do you provide staff, equipment and clean-up?
Yes. For most services we bring the kit, cook on site, serve your guests and clear away afterwards, so you can relax and enjoy your event.
